(Google AdMob)
(Google Analytics for Firebase)
- 本アプリは、バージョン1.0.5から、Firebase Analytics(Google Analytics for Firebase)を使用します。
広告に関する同意設定(ad_storage、ad_user_data、ad_personalization)は「拒否」に設定しており、Googleシグナルも使用しません。

Privacy Policy
Crazy Balloon
Established: October 13, 2026 / Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how N.N. LLC. ("we") handles user information in the iOS app "Crazy Balloon" (the "App"). Please read this Policy before using the App. For our company-wide handling of personal information, please also see our company Privacy Policy (Japanese). For the conditions of use of the App, see the Terms of Use.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require registering your name, email address or phone number, social login, or entering a nickname, and does not collect your name, email address, location from your device's location services (such as GPS), contacts, or photos. The information we collect is as follows.
2.1 Game score and ranking ID
- To manage ranking records, the App uses anonymous sign-in of Firebase Authentication (provided by Google). Anonymous sign-in issues a random anonymous user ID (the "ranking ID"). The ranking ID is not linked to your name, email address or other personal information.
- The App stores a random ID (UUID; the "legacy ID") generated on your device, on the device (UserDefaults). Versions 1.0.2 and earlier recorded the ranking under the legacy ID, and the App still does so when anonymous sign-in is unavailable. Records saved under a legacy ID by earlier versions may remain on the server.
- Ranking records are stored per ranking ID in Firebase Realtime Database (provided by Google; database location: Asia (Singapore) region). The stored fields are the ranking ID (also stored again as the owner ID (ownerUid) to verify who owns the record), the legacy ID (if any), your game score (your best number of taps in 5 seconds), and a name field (which cannot be entered in the App and is empty).
- To display the ranking, the top 100 records (ranking ID, legacy ID and score) are sent to other users' devices. The ranking screen shows only the rank and score; IDs and names are not shown. Your own entry is highlighted by color.
- In the App's Settings screen, you can view your ranking ID and legacy ID and copy them by tapping.
2.2 Advertising information (Google AdMob)
- The App displays Google AdMob banner ads on the game screen and the ranking screen. For ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement, the AdMob SDK may automatically collect your IP address, device type, OS version, app version, language/region, approximate location (derived from the IP address), history of ad impressions and interactions, device or app identifiers, and diagnostic data such as app performance and crashes.
- The App does not display the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Therefore, ads are not personalized based on tracking across other companies' apps and websites.
- In regions where consent is required, such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the App displays a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) on first launch. You can change your choice at any time from "Privacy settings" in the App.
2.3 Notifications
- The App asks for notification permission at launch. Notifications are only local notifications generated on your device (such as a notice that the ranking was updated); we do not send push notifications from our servers and do not obtain a push notification token. You can change the permission at any time in iOS Settings.
2.4 Sharing to social media
- Only when you tap the X or LINE share button on the ranking screen, a text including your score is passed to that service (via a web share URL). Information after sharing is handled under that service's privacy policy.
2.5 Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
- From version 1.0.5, the App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), in the configuration that does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). It does not display the ATT permission dialog and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- The information collected is: the app instance ID (a random ID issued per installation) and the Firebase installation ID; automatically collected events (first open, sessions, engagement time, screen views, app and OS updates, etc.); in-app events (game start, game end (score and whether it was a new personal best), retry, ranking screen view, share (only whether X or LINE was used), settings changes (sound effects and vibration), and opening the privacy policy, terms of use or contact); device model, OS version, app version, language/region, and approximate location (country, region and city level, derived from the IP address; the IP address itself is not stored in Google Analytics).
- The purposes are understanding how the App is used, improving the App, and marketing (such as measuring the effect of promotions and planning them). It is not used to personalize ads. Ad-related consent settings (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to "denied", and Google signals are not used.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics follows the consent obtained via Google's UMP.
- Turning off "Send usage data" in the App's Settings screen stops further sending of usage analytics data and of the crash reports described in 2.7. Analytics data already sent is deleted after the retention period below.
- Event-level and user-level analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics data retention setting), after which it is deleted. Aggregated reports that do not identify individuals may remain after that.
- Analytics data is not linked to the ranking ID, so it cannot be deleted or disclosed through "Delete ranking data" or through requests made with your ID.
2.6 Settings stored on your device
- The sound effects and vibration on/off settings in the Settings screen are stored on your device. From version 1.0.5, the action of changing a setting and its new value are sent as usage analytics described in 2.5.
2.7 Crash reporting
- From version 1.0.5, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect crash reports when the App crashes.
- The information collected is: crash details such as the stack trace; device model, OS version and app version; the free memory, free disk space and orientation state at the time of the crash; the Crashlytics installation UUID (a random identifier issued per installation); and the time of the crash. Crash reports are not linked to the ranking ID and do not include names or similar information.
- The purposes are finding and fixing bugs and improving the stability of the App.
- Crash reports are retained by Crashlytics for 90 days.
- Turning off "Send usage data" (version 1.0.5 and later) in the App's Settings screen also stops sending crash reports.
3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used for:
- Saving game scores and providing the ranking
- Delivering ads (to provide the App free of charge) and preventing fraud
- Improving the App through usage analytics, and marketing (such as measuring the effect of promotions and planning them)
- Investigating bugs (including through crash reports), improving the stability of the App, and responding to inquiries
We do not sell the information we collect.
4. Third-Party Services and External Transmission
The App uses the following services of Google LLC, and information is sent to them within the scope of the purposes above.
- Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database: issuing and authenticating the ranking ID, and storing, retrieving and deleting the ranking (ranking ID, legacy ID, score, and connection information such as IP address). We entrust the storage and processing of this data to Google LLC, which does not use it for its own purposes. Privacy and Security in Firebase
- Google Analytics for Firebase (information described in 2.5) and Google AdMob (information described in 2.2): usage analytics, and ad delivery and measurement. Google receives identifiers and usage information and also uses them for its own purposes under its own privacy policy. Privacy and Security in Firebase, Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
- Firebase Crashlytics: collecting crash reports (information described in 2.7). Google handles this data under the Firebase terms. Privacy and Security in Firebase
Except where required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties other than the above.
This information is processed in the United States (Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob) and Singapore (Realtime Database), and may also be processed in other countries where Google has data centers. For the personal information protection systems of each country, see the survey on foreign personal information protection systems by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan (in Japanese). Google applies safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. Retention and Deletion
- Ranking data is kept on the server until you delete it in the App, until you request deletion, or until the service ends.
- "Delete ranking data" in the App's Settings screen deletes your ranking ID record on the server, discards the anonymous account, and resets the ranking data on your device. Records saved under a legacy ID by earlier versions cannot be deleted from the App and may reappear in the ranking after deletion. In that case, please contact us at the address in Section 10 with the legacy ID shown on screen.
- When you delete the App, the score, settings and legacy ID on your device are erased. The ranking ID is stored in the iOS Keychain, so it may remain on your device after you delete the App, and the same ranking ID and your score on the server may be restored when you reinstall. To delete the ranking ID and the server record, please use "Delete ranking data".
- If you want to request deletion by email, please contact us at the address in Section 10 with the ranking ID and legacy ID shown in Settings. We may ask for additional information to verify your request. Without the ID, we may be unable to identify your data and so may be unable to comply.
- Usage analytics data is deleted after the 14-month retention period described in 2.5, and crash reports after the 90-day retention period described in 2.7. Turning off "Send usage data" (version 1.0.5 and later) stops further sending of both.
6. Data Protection
Communication is made over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted or stored over the internet.
7. Children's Privacy
While the App is suitable for all ages, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not ask for names or contact information. Parents should appropriately manage their children's use of the App.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- You can delete your ranking data at any time from "Delete ranking data" in the App's Settings screen (for legacy ID records, see Section 5).
- You can stop further sending of usage analytics data and crash reports by turning off "Send usage data" (version 1.0.5 and later) in the App's Settings screen.
- You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- The App does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can manage ad settings in iOS Settings and in Google's Ad Settings.
- For requests to disclose, correct or delete the data we hold, please contact us below with the ranking ID and legacy ID shown in Settings. We may ask for additional information to verify your request. As described in 2.5, usage analytics data cannot be disclosed or deleted by ID.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as necessary. We will announce significant changes on this page or in the App.
